Who is the FASFA CEO?

So what I thought was going to be a late payment for my money from FAFSA is probably not going to come at all. I called them earlier today after doing my 10000 steps in the morning and just asked for clarification as to why I only received about $2000.
It turns out they only freaking approved 7 out of my 12 credits last semester which is crazy because that would mean that they only approved chemistry and that other class I needed for transfer which is like career planning or some shit or problem solving or whatever the hell it was and it’s a fake class they make up so you have to take it to be able to transfer.
Why the fuck wouldn’t they approve precalculus how the fuck am I supposed to expect to take calculus if I’m not even eligible to take calculus in their eyes?
I have a feeling it is because I took the class at Santiago Canyon College. This is so freaking stupid because they’re both under the same umbrella of colleges. Just to be sure and just to be careful I ended up resubmitting my FAFSA for last year with an updated list of schools I’m going to be attending an added Santiago in there just in case.
